Shallrath fortress

Shallrath Fortress.

My first posted showoff map on OTfans for a very long time, it got popular and people loved the history. It’s now implented into Amoria.

A cruel fortress. The Lord of the Fortress had a hunger for power. He wanted respect and fear in the Fortress. To get this – he started to slay and murder a few inhabitants of Shallrath, in a awful and ruthless way. One by one, they disappeared from their wives and children.

People started to pray for their lifes, and for a death upon the Lord.
The inhabitant of Shallrath started to plan a revolt. They made secret societies to get it all done.
Years later a revolt broke out and failed.
The sun went down behind those high walls of Shallrath, and never came back again. Lord started take the inhabitants to the tower where he tortured them for hours, one by one.

A nine year old boy disappeared and this made the inhabitants really upset. The tales started to be told: “How can the Lord take one of the young ones?”

People started to search for the boy and put a note on a public city wall where it could be seen. “Missing: nine year old boy. gone since seventh october.”

Some days later another child disappeared.
Now the wisemen started to talk about a curse that they had read in an old book.

None of the inhabitants belived in it and started now to blame eachother.
The Lord died.
Nothing can stop them now from killing each other.
More children disappeared and the people started diffrent sects, which was a group of people that started to plan about killing those other sects of the city.

The Sixth of July..
A sect called Life, went to the town square to meet up another sect. Both sects went insane and it ended in a bloodbath. Those remaining three sects joined the battle, on the small town-square.
None survived, exept one simple man.

The remaining human understood that he couldn’t live there all by himself anyway. He went up to the tower where the Lord had his torture tools and weapons.
And hanged himself.

The ghost of his still walks around..
